The deal, in plain words

This is a diary that reads your own entries back to you and points out differences between them.

It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything. It cannot tell you that a food caused a symptom, and it never claims to. A pattern in a diary is a lead worth testing, not a finding about your body.

Nothing here replaces a doctor, a registered dietitian, or a pharmacist. If you have symptoms that worry you, see one.

One payment of $9 USD opens the pattern report on your account. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.

Once open, the report stays open and rebuilds from your latest entries whenever you view it. It is not a one-off file.

The report needs enough logged days to say anything. If you never reach that, the report will say so rather than invent a pattern, and the refund below still applies.

Ask within fourteen days and you get your money back. No reason needed, no argument.

A full refund closes the report. A partial refund, if one is ever agreed, leaves it open.

You must be at least eighteen to buy the report.

Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it.

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your entries with it. See the privacy page for what survives and why.

This is a small operation. If it ever has to close, you will be given reasonable notice and a way to export your entries before anything is deleted, and anyone who paid within the previous fourteen days will be refunded.

The report is sold to buyers in Canada and the United States. These terms are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada.
